Users must be at least 18 years of age or such higher age as may be prescribed under applicable law for operating motor vehicles.

Users must possess:

• a valid government-issued identity proof;
• a valid driving license permitting operation of the booked vehicle category;
• a valid payment method accepted by the platform.

The Company reserves the right to verify user credentials and reject or suspend registrations at its sole discretion.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

Users shall ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and updated.

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activities conducted through their account.

The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized use of accounts caused by user negligence.

The platform enables users to browse, reserve, and rent vehicles for self-drive purposes subject to availability.

Vehicle availability, pricing, vehicle categories, locations, and booking duration may vary.

The Company reserves the right to:

• refuse or cancel bookings;
• substitute vehicles with similar models;
• modify service offerings;
• discontinue services without prior notice.

Users shall pay applicable rental charges, security deposits, taxes, tolls, penalties, late fees, convenience fees, and any other applicable charges.

Pricing may vary based on:

• duration of booking;
• vehicle category;
• demand and availability;
• location;
• seasonal pricing.

Payments shall be made through authorized payment methods available on the platform.

The Company may place a refundable security deposit hold depending on the booking type.

The Company reserves the right to recover unpaid dues, penalties, damages, or liabilities from the security deposit or registered payment methods.

Users agree to:

• use the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws;
• carry valid driving documents during the rental period;
• ensure the vehicle is operated only by authorized drivers;
• return the vehicle in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear.

Users shall not:

• drive under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or prohibited substances;
• use the vehicle for illegal activities;
• use the vehicle for racing, rallying, stunts, speed testing, or commercial transportation unless expressly permitted;
• overload the vehicle beyond permitted capacity;
• tamper with GPS, odometer, or vehicle systems;
• permit unauthorized persons to operate the vehicle.

Users shall be solely liable for traffic violations, challans, towing charges, parking violations, and penalties incurred during the booking period.

Users shall collect and return vehicles at designated locations and within the scheduled timelines.

Delayed return may attract additional hourly or daily charges as determined by the Company.

If the vehicle is not returned within the permitted time, the Company reserves the right to:

• repossess the vehicle;
• report unauthorized retention to authorities;
• impose penalties and legal action.

Users must inspect the vehicle before commencement of the trip and promptly report visible damages.

Users shall immediately notify the Company in the event of:

• accident;
• theft;
• damage;
• breakdown;
• police involvement.

Users shall cooperate with insurance providers, law enforcement authorities, and the Company during investigation or claim processing.

Users may be held liable for:

• damages caused due to negligence or misuse;
• insurance deductibles;
• uninsured losses;
• repair costs;
• loss of accessories or documents.

The Company may recover repair costs and associated expenses from the user.

Vehicles may be covered under applicable insurance policies subject to the terms and conditions of the insurer.

Insurance coverage may not apply in cases involving:

• intoxicated driving;
• reckless driving;
• unauthorized use;
• violation of law;
• use outside permitted geographical areas.

Users remain responsible for liabilities excluded from insurance coverage.

Bookings may be cancelled subject to applicable cancellation policies displayed on the platform.

Refund eligibility shall depend on:

• timing of cancellation;
• booking type;
• payment mode;
• deductions for applicable charges.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways.

Users may post reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback on the platform.

Users agree not to upload content that:

• is defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful;
• infringes intellectual property rights;
• contains malware or harmful code.

The Company reserves the right to remove or moderate user content at its discretion.

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, including trademarks, logos, designs, software, content, and branding, are owned by or licensed to the Company.

Users shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform content without prior written permission.

The Company may collect, process, and store user information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

By using the platform, users consent to such collection and processing of data.

The Company may use GPS tracking, telematics, and usage analytics for operational, safety, and security purposes.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in cases involving:

• breach of these Terms;
• fraudulent activity;
• misuse of vehicles;
• non-payment;
• unlawful conduct.

Termination shall not affect accrued liabilities or payment obligations.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available services.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages;
• loss of profits or data;
• delays or interruptions;
• third-party acts;
• personal belongings left in vehicles.

The aggregate liability of the Company shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the relevant booking giving rise to the claim.

Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through discussions.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be at Eightlines Fleet, Bangalore Location.

Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
