Facial verification and other biometric records are collected only with your explicit consent, are used solely for the purpose of identity verification, and are deleted or de-identified once verification is completed, save where retention is required under applicable law.

Persons under eighteen (18) years of age are prohibited from creating accounts or renting Vehicles through the Platform.

If we become aware that Personal Data of a minor has been collected unlawfully, we may delete such information.
